I would to increase this as much as possible, it has been up to 2.95 with the previous owner

I don't know anything about timings and would like to know what the following from my DFi Lanparty SLi-D mobo mean (Sorry I'm a noob)

HT
HTT – Is this just FSB>
CPU VID Start up Value – Is this Vcore?
LDT/FSB Frequency Ration
CPU VID Control
CPU VID Special Control

What do these mean and can anyone suggest the optimum settings.

As for Memory timings can I just reduce them, see if they’re stable and reduce again, or should I do it in a specific order?

Mem Mem is Mushkin 4000 Extreme.

You could do with linking to the CPU-Z screens rather than just writing

With pc4000 memory you should have memory frequency of 250mhz, not 144mhz. Anyway, overlock the CPU first, the fix the divider.

Yes,

I lowered it soI could get a max on my CPU FSB overclock. When I have got the max I'll put the devider down acordingly
