cant get rid of program ?

well this is getting me right fooked off . basically my nero has become currupted and i need to unistall it and get rid of it and load it back up.seems easy enough but it wont let me keeps saying cannot delete such and such dll access is denied make sure your disk is not full or write protected . i tryed going through registry edit but man id be there all night must be thousands of nero items how do i get rid of it so can install it again thanks.

i had something like this once..
i wanted to get rid of 7 and put in 6.6.
wouldnt let me for reasons the same as yours, i ended up repairing 7 and then it would let me uninstall it.
dont know if itll work for you but its worth a try

when this happens to me i normally delete everything in program files and docs and settings that refers to the program, and then use jv16 power tools to search for all registry references to the program and delete them all. then reboot.

be careful though when you do a registry search. if you don't check, you can end up deleting reg references to other programs too.

it is not a perfect technique but it normally works for me. however, never try it with ms office. once i couldn't get office to reinstall or uninstall so tried this technique. what an unholy mess it made. only way to get office back on was to fully reinstall windows
