Cant get Rivatuner to work

I've un installed the latest Nvidia Vista 64 drivers because Rivatuner wont load it. I then installed the 174 older driver but still get a

Cannot load Riva Tuner64.sys driver warning.

what am I doing wrong :confused:
 
When installing right click and "Run as administrator"

Same thing when running the application.
