Hello

Please save my sanity and help sort out my ADSL problems. I am with BT and have the dreaded Home Hub (yes I know, I should have researched before signing up!).

I cannot get a stable connection - I get disconnects for several hours, and then sometimes slow speeds. At the moment the Home Hub Broadband light is flashing and has done since last night. Does this mean the Hub cannot sync with the line?

I have tried changing all the cabling to the hub from the master socket and even reformatted and reinstalled last night in an attempt to get things working.

The problem seems random - e.g. I had great connection on Saturday and Sunday until the evening when the broadband light started flashing and I got disconnected.

Do you think it is the Hub? Would I be better off getting This One as a Hub replacement?

Or would it be worth getting back on to BT, who will no doubt again tell me to clear out my cookies and temp internet files

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated ! :)
