cant get to 3800Mhz ram Pls help

4x8GB Team Group Ripped Dark Pro 3600Mhz Cl14
supernova p2 PSU
1080Ti
I can lower Timings to max 14-13-13-13-25 but cant increase the Frequency. System restarts 3 times & reverts to default BIOS. Any points for a novice Overclocker would be appreciated. Never had an AMD CPU before this is my first time. THANK YOU.

I have Managed to get to stable 3733Mhz by increasing SOC Voltage to 1.11250, after watching Gamers nexus i think its best to leave plenty of head room for the SOC voltage incase the actual voltage is much higher. im happy at 3733Mhz cl16-14-14-14-30, might try lower timing if i get time. thank you
