Cant get to the gym for a few weeks, need to improvise...

Hi all,

Well basically I have been a gym regular for about 4 years now, but have really really got in to it over the last year and have put quite a bit of muscle on latley.

Im going away to spain for 6 weeks soon and obviously will be out of the gym and dont really want to loose my fitness or strength.

Ive bought a pair of These as they are smaller than your average dumbbells so I can transport them ok.

Im just looking for some sort of excersises for as many different muscle groups as possible, im familiar with a few but obviously a lot of the ones I do regularly involve machines, benches etc

Anyone have any websites or sugestions?

If you are staying in a hotel, there may be gym facilities onsite. If not, I'm sure you'll be able to go to a gym over there for an hour or so twice week rather than lugging around that dumbbell thing which I don't think would really do anything for you anyway. :) Bring some jogging trainers as well.
