My brother has recently moved to uni, and there's about 5 of them sharing the same router. It's a Netgear WGR614 V6. My brother said that he cant get a connection, and neither can anyone else. But he did say one person can get on at only one time.
Apparently they're using an NTL cable line into a modem, then the router to split the connection off to each pc.
Obviously i can't get out there to take a look so i'm having to talk over the phone, but does anyone know if there might be any problems with the above setup. Also anyone got any ideas why they cant connect? The owner of the house they're staying in isn't interested in fixing it for them
