Having wireless problems can't get my w dongle to work, in the network connections there is no wireless connections and i cant see anyrhing to do wirh wirless anywhere on my pc

I've installed the wireless software and inserted the dongle just not hi g happens when it is inserted.

It would appear you're also having keyboard issues

Have you checked the manufacturers site for updated drivers for Win10?

What make and model is it?
