Getting a new case soon for improved airflow and pouring over the different options available to me. planning the best I can. But I keep coming across...what i think...is massive mistake 99% of us are making. And yet equally I cant see a way around it.
So typically our air intakes are in the front yes? and exhausts are in the top and the back yes? Well doesn't this setup drag the hot air from our GPUs and feed it straight into our CPU? I cant help but think there must be a way of getting a better setup (with air). Because whatever way I figure it out, Im giving my CPU "already heated by the GPU" air. Rather than cool, fresh air. Because the hot air from the GPU is pulled up to the CPU by the case exhaust fans? Seems crazy really. Anyone got a better method than this with air cooling? Can we vent the GPU air down and the CPU air up so they don't feed each other warm air?
