although you'd never be pronounced dead from either of these, as your heart/brain/everything else is working fine.

Hm, but there is something that does that, as there was a documentary on it.
This woman has been pronounced dead about 3 times now, and woken up in a morgue twice.
something thing i can think of is that blow/puffer fish poison, and with more modern sensors it doesn't work.

Has anyone woken up having slept on your arm and you can move properly but your arm is completely dead and floppy. That is weird!
I've had this before. It only happens when I (can only assume) I dream of a spider crawling on me or towards me (but im sort of awake) amount of times I cannot move, but when I do, its like a burst of energy, I spring up, turn the lights on, and check for a spider, for about 30 seconds, I actually believe they is one... LOL.
This happens a lot? would like to know what causes it (apart from me being a wuss and being scared of spiders)
Also, It happens when im just going to sleep, and I cannot move. LOL.
Sorry for being slightly OT.
wow it has its own schedule?
I ought to use that one when Im late for work on a morning shift.
"why are you late?"
"sleep paralysis"
o.O
I almost certainly get it if I sleep on my back. I always sleep on my front however so its not usually a problem.
I feel like I'm going to snap my neck if I sleep on my front
Unless you go face down into the pillow!
