cant instal office 2007 on vista - not administrator?

as the title really, trying to install a copy of office 07 that works on my xp machine but vista is giving me the error - you must be an administrator to install office 07.

theres only one user account set up on this machine so i dont get it?
 
In control check that the account your running has admin Privileges

There is a built in admin account, boot up in safe mode and you'll see it there

Try right clicking on the exe and click run as admin
 
thats got it mate nice one. UAC hmmmm, i installed something recommended by someone on here to stop all those admin / do you allow this n that messages, does it mean that its not working correctly?
