Can't install activex file

Hi

I am running vista ultimate 32 bit.

I have a cctv dvr connected to my router. When I log into my dvr using 192.168.0.108 I then have to click the yellow bar at the top of the IE screen. When I chose Install activeX control I get a box popup that says 'WINDOWS HAS BLOCKED THIS SOFTWARE BECUASE IT CAN'T VERIFY THE PUBLISHER'.

How do I make vista install this software as I can't view my cctv system until I can sort this out

in IE

tools >> internet options >> security tab >> custom level

find the bit that says "download unsigned active x controls" and change this to the option for "prompt"

save and re-load.
