Cant install iplayer

As title, goes to the install page where its just a grey bar that sits there forever and doesnt do anything, what happened to having a .dmg ? tried in firefox and safari, no luck OSX snow leopard and macbook pro unibody.

I've not tried it, whenever I've wanted to watch anything on iPlayer, I've, umm, watched it on iPlayer online rather than save the file.
