Can't install Libre Office

When I try to run the Libre installer it says "Windows can't open this file:" File: LibreOffice_4.1.1_Win_x86.man

On following the on page instructions I find that it is something to do with the .man extension. What do I need to do to open this file?

Apparently just rename the .man bit to .msi

It seems it's an IE oddity.
