I've just reinstalled my OS as i've upgraded my computer.

I've installed windows live messenger Beta which won't work. Won't allow me to sign in at all.

So i've downloaded version 8 but it won't let me install it as it says the beta version is a newer version.

I can't see it anywhere to remove in add and remove programs and when i found the folder in program folders it won't let me remove.

Can anyone help me out please?

Thanks.

It isn't that "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled" thing is it?

I always had to type what is between the quotes in an administrator enabled command prompt before Live Messenger would allow me to sign in with Vista.
