Can't install Unreal Tournament 3 error 1618

as title realy can't get UT3 to install get to the point were its about to install the files and i gest "error -1618 , Another installation in progress" etc ,

restared my pc a few times , can't find any UT stuff in the registy to delete , cleaned the disc , tryed differn dvd rom drives , swiched off cd/dvd emu's (before u ask its a Real CE copy of the game) , etc with no luck at all , 1st time ive tryed to install it since i install vista 64bit a while ago any ideas ?

had a look there before , thanks anyway , got it installing now , forgot the old chestnut of deleting the "InstallShield Installation Information" folder then restart how i forgot i don't know
