Cant install updates or reinstall os

Trying to install a full version of windows 10 i have on my msi h81m-p33 with a g3258.

If i boot from sata cd drive the windows logo appears but then no loading bar and it just restarts.

Currently have win 10 tech preview installed 10074 and if i try to install updates it will download them prepare to install them but as soon as it restarts to install it stops on the win 10 logo screen.

Any ideas?

did you upgrade from a previous OS to W10 or did you do a clean install of the preview build?

if you did a clean install of W10 preview you will need to install W7 SP1 or W 8.1 to upgrade to W10 and then can do a clean install from the link below.

use the below tool and try the USB option to create a USB stick with W10 on and see if this works
