Cant install Windows Update

I keep getting an error message that XP Pro cant instal Security Update for Windows XP (KB951376).

Everything works OK bit it is irritating, does any one have any ideas why it wont install, or if its not critical how I can get rid of it!

Try downloading the update as a seperate file from their download area, I had the same thing after sp3'd a sp2 machine without applying all the updates in between.. If you have done the same as me you may well find that once you clear this update a hole load more get stuck.. I got fed up and reinstalled the machine after the 2nd round of stuck updates...
