Cant Join Killing floor games?

Had a look online and couldnt find owt, So was wondering if anyone else has this problema..... as i tried joining a round it just sits on the connecting black page with the ip address ??

Any ideas folks ?

yer done that and still wont join also it wont run at 2560x1440 for some reason ?

found the problem was due to universal plug and pplay on my router
