Can't load lump 53 error (screenshot)

Hi
I have just started getting this error whenever I play TF2. I am unable to play at all....

"Engine Error Can't load lump 53, allocation of xxxxxxx bytes failed! It occurs whilst playing TF2 and it crash my game to desktop. I am running Vista 32bit.

Anyone know a work around? it seems to be when the map changes

Probably a Windows Vista related issue. Get a virtual machine, run Win XP in it, and play your game in that.
