cant login to account

hi guys

why cant i login to my account on the aion website?

i've payed for 1month and my username and password havent changed and i can login on the main ncsoft website and on the game client.

whats wrong?

Are you logging in with the main account, not the details for your aion account?

Mine has different passwords for example

In other words my personal logins are the same but with different passwords:

Example:

Main Account (for management and stuff)

User: me
Pass: hi

Aion login:

User: me
Pass: eek

no as far as i kno they are both the same going say i forgot my password and reset it see if it does anything
