Cant open a certain port, 3074 UDP

I am having troubles getting games to run well on Games for Windows Live because a Strict NAT, the problem is I cant seem to open a port 3074 UDP, I can open all other ports fine but not this one for some reason :S, I have tryed to open the ports on a BTHomeHub and a Buffalo WBMR-G125 but to no avail. Any ideas on what I need to do? Sorta lost here.

You have tried putting your machine in the DMZ to eliminate OS/software as the real problem?

You're not forwarding it already to something like Xbox maybe?
