Can't open my emails from outlook express in Microsoft outlook?

Installed Windows 7 today and found it didnt have outlook express which ive used for years so i installed Microsoft office and used outlook which was in that.

Now i usually just drop my saved emails back in but this time its not taking them?

Any idea how i can view my old saved emails from when i used vista / outlook express?

It has an import function for the dbx files, no? File > Import,

You mean Windows Mail, right? Why not use Live Mail, as that's the successor to Windows Mail (and Outlook Express pre-Vista). You can import from Mail into Live Mail.
