Can't order by phone?

Tried to order a custom desktop by phone....No go!
Reason...Couldn't quite get the spec right via the 'Configure' options so tried the phone!
Told to submit a ticket.....it does suggest that answers can take many days.
I need to be patient in this modern instant computer age.

The spec is simply a couple of alternatives as offered in the configure section.
My main point is the full spec of the PC isn't listed therefore a telephone call would have been more convenient.
I'll give it a couple of days.
PS. Actually wanted a PC identical to one I bought last year (minor specs have changed a little) but happy to accept minor changes.

They could do it over the phone
Then send an email double checking the specs correct surely
At least you would think so
