Cant order from website

Whenever i try to open my basket to order something it says cart.pre.check.quantity.value.failed
Why is this?

Im trying to buy one of the configurable prebuilts, its called “OcUK Gaming Kinetic R4 - AMD B450 Configurable Ryzen 5000 Series Gaming PC” i made sure to choose only the options in stock

Hmm, it worked for me, until I tried to change the spec. You might want note down the spec and call them?
