Cant over clock as well with 8.7 (CF 4870's)

I had a stable clock of 810/1150 with 8.6 drivers on my Cf 4870's setup.

Since I have installed the 8.7 drivers the highest I can achieve is 800/1100 stable.

Any ideas on whats going on? Should I go back I dont see any other gains from 8.7's

But do you see the gains of an extra 10mhz though? Sorry, i don't really have anything helpful to say, but the speed difference doesnt seem like much.

The difference in the clock speeds are 300 points in 3DMark 06, 200 Points in vantage, and 3 FPS in Crysis. It does make a difference.

Go back to 8.6 then, problem solved.

or downclock your gpus- i dont see that you would take much of a performance hit
