Can't overclock using cas2

My ocz pc3200 xtc will do 2-3-2-5 @ 200Mhz ,but won't clock using cas2 at anything over 200Mhz,have to change to cas2.5 to overclock it. What sort of volts should i be going up to as well ?

Any idea's

2.8-2.9 would be my max to start out with.
 
It's gold.Is this because its 1gb sticks,harder to run tighter timings ? would you suggest running @ cas 2.5 with a higher clock or sticking with the tight timings on a divider @ 200Mhz

Try to find the limits with different timings and then decide, it also depends on what your HTT(FSB) is and if you can run a divider easily.
 
Well after Minstadave kindly solved my divider problems yesterday :D
I'll see where i end up using cas2.5

case 2 wont go far depending on motherboard
my ocz would only run 200mhz @ case 2 on an intel p4c800
but on an athlon i can get them upto about 213, after that its case 2.5
