Can't play DVD's ?

Just tried putting into a DVD and fired up Media Player Classic, it just tried to open then goes back to the splash screen. AVI's play perfectly fine.

Any ideas ?

When I use Windows Media Player it complains that my gfx drivers are not up to date ?

Oh have installed the Vista Codec Pack.

remove vista codec pack and install fddshow and se if that works.

fddshow will play almost everything without any tweaking.
