Can't recover gamertag

Was playing a game of Fifa09 signed into my main profile when after a match I realised I had been signed out. Went to the dashboard, tried to sign back in but just hanged while trying to connect to LIVE. Thought profile was corrupt so deleted it and went to recover it but it just gives me the this

So I cant sign into the profile, cant recover it BUT..I can sign into other profiles on my 360 and play online with them. Any ideas? :confused:

I'm getting the exact same problem, did you fix it in the end?

I had a problem as well last night thought it was my wireless adapter but could have been LIVE problems from COD MW2 overload as apparently 2M people have been connected at once.

It's ok now though! Try a router reset thats all I did.

I had this problem earlier tonight but a system reboot sorted it.
