can't register my card

Hi.I'm having trouble registering my video card through evga,and was wondering if anyone had any previous experience?

Every time I put my product number in,it states that its as unknown?

The cards brand new(4 days old),and I believe you need to register to get the 10 year warrenty/step-up program etc

I had the same problem when I registered my 8800gtx last week from them.
Send an email to [email protected] explaing the problem with the part no on your card and a link/description to the card you got and they will add it to thier system
