hi, I recently have been having a lot of crash issues with my pc and have tried to do a factory reset after trying various other methods to fix it, however after the reset I was stuck in an infinite boot loop where choosing an os would just reboot me back the the same screen over and over. After all of this I then tried to do a clean install of Windows 10 using a usb and the windows media installer however this just gives me errors halfway through the instillation all the time and the normal os and boot methods seem to have disappeared (pls help).

I have scanned the disk and my pc has found no problems.

The error codes were error code 0x8007025D and 0x0000005 however the second error code only came up once and the other one came up multiple times
Plus various crash errors
System specs: i5 8400
Gtx 1060 6gb
8 gigs ddr4
1tb hard drive
Prime h310-plus motherboard

Having a quick look online indicates that this can be a corrupt USB stick or faulty SSD\HDD where your trying to install windows too.

I would try another USB stick, if its still giving you issues try another SSD\HDD and see if that helps.

I have now tried a new hdd and usb and the errors still persist I am now also getting the kernel error every once in a while

Have you tried another SATA cable and port?

do you have any overclocks on the system? Could try and reset the bios back to default and see if that helps.
