cant remove file/folder

i had magic iso installed and then i unistalled it, i was looking around the pc cleaning it up abit and noticed the folder in program filesx86, so i tried to delete it but it keeps telling me i need permission.
ive checked access and as far as i can see i have full control.

any ideas or programs that can go thro my pc and delete unwanted crap.
i already use ccleaner and have ran pc decrapifier and done a driver sweep.
 
Have you rebooted the pc since you uninstalled?
If not do so, boot into Safe Mode and delte via dos cmd if you still can via windows GUI.
 
cant rid of it, gone into safe mode cant delete, didnt try dos cmd as dont know what to do !!
did get rid of some other folders that i couldnt do in normal acc.
but magic iso wont budge
 
Is the folder empty or does it have files left in it?
Have you tried looking for a process in task manager or a service that may still run regardless of safe mode that you need to end or stop?
 
Looks like dll is being loaded by a process during boot.
Try downloading Process Explorer. Use the binoculars button and enter the name of dll to find what process if any is using the dll. You can then end the process from there. Hope it helps.
