Sorry to be brutally honest but if you can't even unplug a cable that just needs common sense to figure out then you should'nt even be inside a pc fiddling around. What you should have done before anything else was read up as much as you can about building pc's to get a general understanding of what goes where and what each component/cable actually does. It's no good losing your rag with the pc as that's when problems happen and cost's you money.

OH man ive done it now, i was getting confused because the PSU had SATA on them as well..

ok ive booted it up
its now saying

For Realtek RTL0139(X)/0130/010X PCI fast ethernet controller 2.20 (060711)

Client Macc ADDR: XX XX XX XX XX XX GUID: a load of numbers here

PXE-MOF: Wxisiting PXE ROM
Disk Boot Failiure: INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER :s???

Have you inserted a power and data cable into your hard disks?

Swap the SATA data cables around on the 2 hard disks as you might have changed them around and changed the boot order.

restart the machine, enter Bios by Hitting delete
somewhere in bios will be HDD boot order, to install an OS you want to set this to dvd drive first, main HDD 2nd.
