Cant remove toolbar from Browser!!

Have got at nasty wee toolbar installed called "Do Searches" which I cant seem to remove

1. No instances of it in uninstall programs(Control Panel)
2. Malwarebytes doesn't pick anything up.
3. Ran CCleaner to remove registry files
4. Reset IE browser to default a few time and didn't work
5. Removed it from add-ons is IE and it just returns

If I go into program files and run IE from the .exe there it opens fine and doesn't open up with the Do Searches search bar and toolbar!

Can anyone suggest anything else?

This is the same across all browsers. If I run each browser from its location under program files etc its fine and does not have the toolbar. But when I create shortcuts for them on my desktop and open from there the toolbar appears!!!

Just had to reset all browsers about 10 times for it to ago away!
