Cant right click on desktop

Hey I'm having trouble with right click anything on the desktop screen on windows 8. When i try to right click a icon or anywhere else it just shows that it is loading. So any help will be great.

Install CCleaner.
Tools
Startup
Context Menu

Disable everything in there. Reboot.

See if that fixes it. Probably a badly made Explorer hook.

Create a new user account and try in that.

Must be malware or a rougue application that has prevented it.
