Cant run new build

So I just finished my build, turned it on, and it will not boot.

I heard my motherboard needed a bios update to support my processor,
but I had already got them.

All I can really do is buy another processor, or buy a new physical bios, because I cant
even boot into the bios.

Motherboard is Asrock Fatal1ty X79 with Intel 4820k processor and 16gb of
Team LV pc19200 2400mhz ram, Corsair HX850 PSU.

I've tried all the usual stuff, reseat GPU, try different combinations with the ram, etc.

What I need to know if there is anywhere I can buy an updated physical bios?

Pretty darn gutted at the moment, so will appreciate any replies.

Try a local shop or ask the place where you bought the board from?

What I meant was try somewhere that will stick a SandyBridge_E CPU into and do the BIOS flash, refit your CPU then you walk away happy.
