Can't save overclocking settings for 5800x on " MSI Click BIOS 5" settings

So I had turned off the undervolt on my CPU a few months ago and now I'm trying to reapply it. Problem is when I adjust the PBO settings I'm sure the BIOS isn't saving the changes for the undervolt. It always says "you have not made any change to the BIOS settings" when I go to exit whereas if I adjust the XMP profile it alerts me that it has been activated/deactivated.

I've tried going back to the old bios I used when I had undervolted before and I still can't save the settings. I was wondering if it was the CMOS but every other setting (changed xmp profiles, fan speeds) saves on the bios except for the amd overclocking section.
Any idea what is going on? MOBO is MSI B550M using click bios 5. Thanks

my asus does same thing
change some things and exit
says you havent changed anything
save other things and it does tell me
what i changed
but in both cases it still has changed them
very annoying
means i have to double check in windows
if its changed speed,voltage etc

Someone helped me get it sorted.

I'm 99.99% sure I always used to go through the motherboard settings to get to the OC settings, but when I've been trying to ammend them the last day or so they haven't saved. However accessing the OC settings through the OC section (which is exactly the same layout as the one in settings) I was able to ammend and changes were mentioned before I exited the bios. Thanks again everyone for your advice.
