Can't see aparticular Image

My friend can't see an image on a particular page on the net (Yelow pages). All he gets is a box with a cross in it. All other pics on the net are fine.

What can he do to see the image (His Yell Advert)

A link to the specific image may help? Assuming it is not advertising any kind of competitor to OcUK.

If other's cant see it either, then talk to the advertiser.

If it's only him, then maybe CTRL+F5, clear cookies, temp files, cache etc.

When he clicks on the image he then sees the proper image but bigger!

Sounds like a problem with the website, if you could link the ad/image we could verify that.
