I can see my main msn screen that shows people on my msn list, however I can't see the conversation windows.
It appears in my taskbar so it's open but it's outside the screen.
When I right click on it on the taskbar and click move the cursor goes outside the top right of the screen, but I still can't see or move anything.

Very odd and I don't know what's caused it or how to fix it.

Any ideas?

thanks

Try right clicking on the taskbar icon thing (sorry for poor description) and click 'Restore'.

Tried that but unfortunately makes no difference... it looks like it's opening but if it is opening it opens outside the screen again

try this
make sure you have the window selected in the taskbar:

# Alt-Space bar, then M. This invokes the system menu and the Move command
# Use the arrow keys to move the window. If you see an outline appear from the side of the screen, you’ve got it. Hit Return to use that position

Excellent, thanks that worked :)
