Cant select my res?

Hi,

Got a HD7850 today, and due to various issues I'm stuck with the W8 Beta for the time being.

Problems arise in several, areas, but the most irritating one is that I cannot select my resolution (1440x900) in Windows.

I cant even open CCC to try and set it there, or set-up a custom profile.

Is this me being a tool and not realising that the HD7850 doesn't support that res, or is it a driver issue, or am I simply missing something?

A driver/win8 issue I'd guess.

Did the drivers install okay? How long are you stuck with W8 for - you can use Windows 7 for 30 days before it asks for a key.

Mhmm, installed fine. Just "CCC cannot be started/ There are nos ettings that can be configured using CCC"

Stuck with W8 for either today or a period of a few months...
