Can't send photos to my wife's iphone using imessage?

Any ideas what is going on here - it's driving me crazy. Sometimes it works, but very rarely.

I take a photo using the camera and try to send it to my wife using the imessage. It fails. Yet I can send the same photo to my sister in law fine using imessage.

We both have iphone 4 with the latest official software.

Yes, both iphones are run off the same account. Both iphones are on the same contract basically. Would this be the problem?

Cheers Mitzy. I've just checked those settings. It was saying received at 2 addresses, so I unchecked the phone number and selected my email address. So with my wife's phone I do the opposite yeah?

I don't really understand why that would make the difference.

Lovely. Understood. I'll give it a try when she is back from work. Thanks. Does that mean we can both separately use the cloud for sharing of contacts and stuff?
