Can't setup apple cash on Apple Watch

As title, I get the option to setup apple cash on my Apple Watch and goes to verify my ID, however when it gets to the section that I enter my address it won't go past it (next button upper right is faded out)

Any ideas why this is?

I see. I'm wondering if I have an American source apple watch stock? Perhaps clovis friend has US stock iPhone?
