Cant stream video on vista 64 with SP1 installed

As per title really, since i have installed SP1 vor vista (im using ultimate 64 edition) I can no longer stream video.

All update are done an there are no more for me to get.

Can anyone suggest something for me to do please?

Oh, the message i get is "connectin lost" as in the page you get when you have no internet and try to load it.

PLEASE help me...

It opens inthe middle of the screen - or it used to. I have all the updates for windows that there are and it still wont stream.
