Hello chaps, could do with some advice. I bought my wife an Ipad Air 2 for chrimbo to replace her ageing Ipad 1. The problem, as far as I am aware is because we have two mobiles on one contract we only have one apple Id, which is mine. She can't get the data from her backup on to the new ipad as a result.
We've followed the Apple website for help with this, and haven't been able to sort it yet.
Is there an easy way to rectify this? Maybe she could create a new id, link it to her account and then it would work?
