Can't transfer music to my iphone :(

Hi, what I normally do is drag my songs onto my Iphone via itunes and into the music tab under my Iphone, however this doesnt seem to be working anymore and the music seems to be greyed out.

I did update my uncles Iphone on my pc, has that something todo with it?
