cant transfer my files from pico 4 to my PC

When i goto the headset on my PC

i goto the folder i want, click on the files i want

copy , and then paste onto my PC, but nothing happens

and google search is not helping me, any ideas guys?

Some suggestions;
Do you have enough space on your PC drive for the files?
Can you open another file explorer window and drag the files from the source folder in one window to the destination folder in the other?
Do you get any kind of error message when copying?
It could be a permissions issue try creating a new folder on the root of your C: drive and copying into this folder which shouldn't have any restrictions.
Do you have any AV or firewall software that could be blocking files being transferred from a USB connected device?

how strange, just connected it to my PC and it worked first time
