First time overclocking my CPU, got a 2500k and a gigabyte z77 d3h and I can't get the auto voltage to turn off. Not sure what I'm missing here. Current got it to 4.1ghz (41x multiplier) and the auto is running it at 1.391 V top on prime. I know this is way too high really especially for 4.1ghz. Any help?

you have to either type in a cpu voltage or use the +- keys to alter the cpu voltage, set from auto to manual

or set cpu voltage to normal and try +0.05v dvid

I've set everything from auto to the standard value and nothing i still spike up to 1.39. It's is running very stable though and only at 60/61 degrees.

I think I've worked it out. I think and I'm hoping HW is wrong as CPU z is showing it within the limits I set. At 4.4 with 1.332v atm running prime with 54. No idea why it's Lower temp now at higher volt
