Cant Uninstall/Install Oblivion

After a fresh install and loosing my save game :mad:

I tried to install oblivion and everything seemed ok but when i tried to play an error message came up.

So I have now tried to uninstall it and another error occurs saying i cant uninstall :confused:

Ive manually deleted all oblivion files i can find and it still thinks the game is installed :eek:

Anyone else had this prob??

Not to worry i was a bit hasty i posting cos i wanted to play with my new gfx card

Got it sorted.

If you still have problems..

I had the same problem.. make sure you have sp2 installed.. it wont run after install without sp2 for some reason.

Might help others as I have seen this problem before in another thread.

I was being a bit silly tbh.

Basically rather than letting it auto run i opened the disk to browse it and clicked setup and bobs your uncle it worked
