cant unistall nero 7

hi all, so i cant unistall nero 7 demo which i got from there website, as it happens it never did install properly on vista (well not on my pc)
but now i got nero 8 from OC it wont install as says running older app so must unistall first, but it doesnt uninstall jsut goes thro process then window pops up saying something about custom action dll.
im getting very frustrated and thinking to reinstall EVERYTHING but of course dont wanna do that
help please

Nero clean tool should sort it:

Are you removing it from the control panel?

Go to Start > Run > appwiz.cpl

Remove Nero 7

Reboot

Try and install Nero 8

nero clean tool worked a treat!! totally forgot about that tool cheers guys saved me a lot of reinstalling.

probably opening a can of worms.. but why doesnt it unistall or have problems doing it, i was looking around google and found so many people had same problem
