Cant update the BIOS!

Gigabyte P55-UD5 using the @BIOS tool, none of the bios i get from their site will load it says wrong version, i have checked 5 times i have the right one, i cant update from gigabyte server as it doesnt work, how am i supposed to do it?

Stick the bios file on a usb stick and flash using Qflash, press end when on the post screen.

It's always preferable, and safer, to flash the bios in DOS or with a boot time utility like Q-Flash.

Surely the tool will come up with the same error if its the wrong file? Sure there isn't a version 1 and 2 of the board or something simple like that?
